There’s this one of hers:
Onion sauteed in olive oil, then add garlic cloves
4 cups good chicken stock
28 oz tomatoes (around 4 cups)
Pinch of saffron
Tablespoon salt
Teaspoon pepper
and then there’s another one of hers with a lot of basil and no saffron, which might be better…
Ingredients:
(Tuscan twist- add 7cups cubed stale bread, some parmesan, 2T basil, another 2T basil right before serving)
