Bocconcini (little mozzarella balls) with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves

Ingredients:

salt

pepper

cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tablespoons good olive oil

20 large basil leaves, coarsely chopped

(Optional: a few mint leaves)

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes and bocconcini in half and mix

  2. Add salt, pepper and olive oil and mix

  3. Add basil leaves and mix
